I ordered and built this system for a friend. Everything was delivered in a timley manner. The HD was backordered so I had TigerDirect ship all other parts. I think the HD took about 2 weeks to come in. Upon delivery, I had the Blaster assembled in approx 30 min. It went together great.

I knew that it really wasn't a SoundBlaster Platinum. and the remote is kinda gimmicky. The IDE controllers on the mmotherboard only support ATA 33, but for the price I thought it was a solid system.

This PC was built for recording/editing (not professional of course) After I set up the PC we recorded a few tracks, played them back, then edited and rerecorded. Everything ran very smooth. I was happy with it, and so was the person I built it for.

Overall I think It is a good system. Just over $700.00 for a total PC - not too bad. It runs recording software without any glitches. I will be building more of these systems. I have built approx 300 PC's and this one was better than most, not as good as some.
