Windows XP Tuneup Video #2 “Uninstalling Programs Through Add and Remove Control Panel” If you no longer desire to use a certain program, or have upgrade to a newer version, it may be necessary to uninstall the previous version. To do this in Windows XP select Start, Control Panel, and then select Add and Remove Programs. Once your programs are displayed, you will see a list of the programs that can be uninstalled. Scroll down until you see the program you want to uninstall. Click on the program you wish to remove and select Remove. When uninstall is complete, click Finished.
